Ciao from the Amalfi Coast! Team Wuzzon recently traded the canals of Amsterdam and the forests of Ukraine for the stunning vistas of Sorrento and Naples. Our 2026 Team Building trip, themed “The Perfect Blend,” was a chance to celebrate our growing international team and set the foundation for our upcoming 20th anniversary in 2027.

Exploring and Connecting
We kicked off our trip with a mix of relaxation and strategic alignment:
- Arrival in Sorrento: After arriving at NAP airport, we settled into our BnB and enjoyed the local flavors with lunch and a swim at Bagni della regina Giovanna.
- Setting the Strategy: Our founders introduced the Team Strategy trip during a dinner party, followed by afternoon sessions focused on refining our Mobile Growth Framework 2.0 and AI strategies.
- Capri by Boat: We took to the water for a boat tour around the beautiful island of Capri.
Deepening Connections: The Baia di Ieranto Hike
A major highlight was our hike to Baia di Ieranto, designed to deepen connections and align our vision for the future. We hiked in pairs to discuss key questions about our work and culture:
- The Outward Hike: We looked back at individual and team successes from the past year and shared personal traits or hobbies that shape how we work. We also discussed how to keep our unique Wuzzon culture thriving as we become more international.
- The Return Hike: This session focused on scaling excellence, specifically how to use AI and automation to make our Mobile Growth Framework more scalable. We brainstormed ways to help international clients grow faster and shared big dreams for where Wuzzon will be in two years.
- Recap at Mary’s: We concluded the hike with a collective recap and a beautiful lunch at Mary’s Beach.
Arrivederci, Italia
We wrapped up our journey in Naples with a visit to the San Martino viewing point and a final lunch at Trattoria Cilea before heading back to Amsterdam.
