We at Wuzzon are always looking for new and innovative ways in our hunt for smiles. Here are some of our solutions for measuring and collecting smiles.

  • Smile Events:
    When setting up an app marketing campaign we determine which in app event would most likely make the users happy or smile. This can be a purchase of an item or signing up for a service. Every time when this event is triggered it will add a smile to our total smile count.

  • Smile App:
    We created our own smile app which every employee can easily access via smartphone or computer.

  • Physical Smile Button:
    We have a physical smile counter that displays the amount of collected smiles. On top of the display is also a button which you can press whenever you are smiling and it will add another smile to the total smile count

  • Smile button on Wuzzon.com:
    On our website we also have a smile button, when visitors of our website feel like smiling they can click the button and it will add a smile.
     
  • Collecting Feedback scores:
    Last but not least, we collect smiles by asking for feedback. We send out feedback forms which people can fill out and also we have a feedback rating in our email signature.
