Looking back, the team described the past year as one characterized by rapid “development and transformation.” As we dug into the details with Maurice Vriend’s review of business performance, it became clear that 2025 was a year of significant learning and foundational strengthening, paving the way for the upcoming 2026 transformation. 2025 has been a landmark year for us, defined by record-breaking milestones and a clear vision for the future. In line with our culture of transparency, we are proud to share that we hit our overall revenue targets, driven by an impressive 20% year-over-year growth. While Maurice highlighted that we fell just short of our strategic goal for the number of active customers, the story behind the numbers is one of exceptional depth; the quality of our relationships and the caliber of our work reached new heights this year.

This success is anchored by our existing partners, whose trust allowed that side of the business to shatter expectations. This loyalty is reflected in our outstanding client satisfaction score of 8.9. These results serve as the heartbeat of our 2025 transformation—a period of strategic reimagining where we aren’t just chasing numbers, but redefining how we innovate.     • “Rockets”: High-value, VC-backed clients needing fast execution and data as a single source of truth.

    • “Rookies”: Early-stage clients where we learned the hard lessons about maturity mismatches and scope.

The key learning? A strategic client approach pays off. We are shifting focus toward securing longer-term contracts with “Rocks” and “Rockets” and learning to say “no” to misaligned “Rookie” prospects.

We cannot achieve anything without a strong team. We were thrilled to report an annual team happiness score of 8.4, with 100% of the team feeling valued. While we celebrated client wins and budget increases, we also honestly discussed the lows of client churn. The consensus is clear: our future lies in balancing profitability with team happiness and work-life balance.

2026 Preview: The Perfect Blend

Looking ahead to 2026, our strategy is sharpening. We are moving away from being just a service provider to becoming an indispensable strategic partner—a “Strategic Client Magnet.”

Our new annual theme is “The Perfect Blends: Powered by AI, Refined by Human.” This philosophy recognizes that while we will aggressively adopt AI to automate manual work and increase efficiency, it is human creativity, expertise, and strategic thinking that refine the output and deliver real value to our clients.

We are also looking outward, exploring market expansion into Copenhagen in Q3, leveraging cultural similarities and high app adoption in the Nordics.
