At Wuzzon, a fast-growing app growth agency in Amsterdam, we are making the transition from founder-led sales to a scalable commercial machine. We are not looking for a corporate manager who delegates, but a proactive, energetic Sales Manager to take the lead in this hands-on.

Mission of your role:

Your goal? To put Wuzzon firmly on the commercial map and significantly expand our market position! You do this by smartly building on our strong foundation of existing relationships and warm contacts, and by increasing these commercial opportunities with your own network and targeted outreach. As a result, you flawlessly translate our app growth expertise into strategic partnerships and help build professional, repeatable sales playbooks for inbound and outbound sales.
Outcomes you will achieve:

You are the driving force behind securing valuable partnerships with new clients.
You establish a sleek, scalable sales machine for Wuzzon. From a smart initial approach on LinkedIn to strong pitches and a flawlessly updated CRM: you set the standard!

You proactively identify commercial opportunities and capitalize on them. Whether it involves the structured follow-up of our warm, existing relationships, targeted outreach to potential customers, or introductions from partners such as Adjust, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Onesignal, and Apptweak.

You take full control of daily sales follow-ups and pipeline management, relieving the founders of 80% of operational sales tasks.

What do you need to achieve these outcomes?

A warm and active network with direct access to decision-makers (such as Heads of Growth, Marketing Leads, User Acquisition Managers, and Product Managers) at app publishers, fintech, mobility, and e-commerce brands.

You are not a traditional “hard seller,” but excel in consultative and content-driven sales. You understand the mobile ecosystem (MMPs, SKAN, LTV, AI tooling) to its core and can flawlessly translate complex data into strategic proposals.
You possess entrepreneurial execution power: you can independently build a sales funnel, create sales materials, and close deals, without relying on a large corporate support team or dedicated SDRs.
High energy and an “un-corporate,” proactive mentality with the speed of a tech scale-up, fitting the agility of a compact agency team.
